IT Support Engineer On Site Our client, a leader in their industry sector, is looking for an experienced 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer who is as happy at deskside as virtual. You will have current experience in all aspects of IT Support and, due to the nature of the role, be happy on-site. You will have the following knowledge: -
- First point of contact for all users
- Experience of 1st/2nd Line Support
- Deskside and Virtual
- Understanding of all Microsoft Products including Windows 365 SQL Servers
- Knowledge of IT Networks Infrastructure Security
- Documentation knowledge
