We are exclusively working well renowned business, who have been operating within an industry for over 30 years and have been innovating year on year. I am looking for an IT Support professional to maintain the internal networks and infrastructure, manage and fix any software and hardware issues.
Ideally, you’ve had experience supporting both 1st and 2nd Line level, however I still want to hear from you if not. This business has a customer service driven approach, they do not set KPIs or SLAs for the IT division, they want to ensure the best IT support is given - with no timeframes. You will have the potential to progress into a more project driven team in the future based on your aspirations.
Technical skills required:
- Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange
- Knowledge of management, supporting and configuring RDP, DNS, DHCP, RDS, and VLANS
- Customer driven with great communication skills
