About the Role:
As an IT Support Technician at Insight Media, you'll play a crucial role in our IT team. We're seeking someone with excellent customer service skills and prior experience probably in a 2nd line IT support role. Join us to contribute to our software testing, maintain support documentation, and collaborate on future product developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Log and address support calls promptly Investigate, diagnose, and deploy solutions for support requests Support Microsoft technologies: Windows desktop and servers, MS SQL Server, and IIS Respond professionally to queries via email or telephone Contribute to software testing and logging Maintain and evolve support documentation and procedures Collaborate with the helpdesk team on future product developments
The Ideal Candidate:
We're looking for an individual with:
Experience in 1st and 2nd line support in Microsoft Windows environments Good knowledge of network hardware and technologies Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills Excellent telephone and written communication skills Organised and methodical approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently or as part of a team Full driving licence
