With 30 partners and 190 staff across our offices, we offer unrivalled legal services to businesses and individuals, both locally and nationally.

The Role
As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent first line technical support to our staff.
Following initial training, you will ensure that our IT systems operate smoothly. You’ll learn how to deal with support tickets, troubleshoot issues and support the implementation of new hardware and software.
Additionally, you’ll assist with development projects, the administration of internal software and databases, provide IT end user training and test new products before they’re launched.
About You
To be considered as an IT Support Technician, you will need:
- A keen interest and aptitude in IT
- Team working skills, as well as the willingness to work independently
- Organisational and communication skills
- At a minimum, a relevant IT or computing qualification such as an A-Level, a BTEC or an HND
Additionally, you will need some understanding of the following gained from your studies, work experience or a similar environment:
- Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
- Microsoft Windows 10
- Microsoft Office 365
- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
- Microsoft Exchange Online
- Microsoft Skype for Business
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Mimecast
