We are seeking a innovative, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as IT Support Technician.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus as IT Support Technician will be to ensure that all helpdesk queries are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner, you will also be working closely with the IT Director & IT Manager on new, exciting projects, helping ensure the company is always up-to-date with ever-changing IT developments and software.
Other responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and improving current workflows
- Installing, configuring and repairing of hardware & software.
- Visiting our care homes to provide on-site support or to perform upgrades to hardware.
