IT Support Technician
£24,000 - £26,000
Newcastle City Centre/Onsite
Main Duties:
- Providing a 2nd Line of support via the ServiceDesk and hands-on support
- Assisting in the ongoing project work within the business
- Ensuring the IT Security is monitored and supported
- Supporting a variety of hardware in the business, from PCs to office equipment
Tech Stack:
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
- Hardware knowledge
- Networking - DNS, DHCP
- Software Deployment
