Our client, a leading technology manufacturer, are looking for an IT Supporttoplay a crucial role in providing first-line technical support to clients, over phone and email.

Hours of work are shifted across Monday - Friday, 9am - 7pm, and once every three weeks working a Saturday 9am - 5.30pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT Support, you will be:

• Providing prompt and effective first-line technical support to clients via phone and email
• Taking action to provide solutions which solve complex problems permanently
• Analysing, diagnosing, and resolving all errors, faults, and incidents
• Consistently recording accurate information to support improvements and decision making
• Prioritising and managing several open issues and incoming calls
• Providing excellent customer service, building a good rapport through open and interactive communication

WHAT YOU NEED

To be considered for the role of IT Support, you will need:

• Previous experience within an IT/Technical Support position or a recent IT graduate
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• A warm and friendly disposition, with the passion to help customers
