We're partnering with a rapidly growing tech business based in Guildford, and we're seeking enthusiastic individuals who are ready to take on new challenges and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Role Overview:
As a member of our Customer Support team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their customers have a seamless experience with our websites and online dashboards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding customers through our platforms with ease and expertise.
- Providing VIP-level support to every customer interaction.
- Responding promptly and efficiently to all customer inquiries.
- Effectively communicating the features and benefits of our products and services to customers of varying technical abilities (full training provided).
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient IT skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team!
