Role: IT Systems Co-Ordinator
This is an exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for Project Management – Supporting IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, objectives and stakeholder requirements.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules and track project progress using appropriate project management tools. Coordinate project resources, including internal team members, external vendors and consultants, to ensure efficient project execution.
Power Apps Development and Customization: Design, develop and customize Power Apps solutions to meet business requirements and improve organisational efficiency. Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design user interfaces and implement functional improvements within Power Apps.
Working in the impressive purpose-built Aircraft Maintenance facility located on Cardiff Airport, you’ll be an integral part of BAMC working closely with Stakeholders and all internal departments and British Airways Engineering.
What you’ll do:
- Support and maintain BAMC’s IT strategy.
- Develop and maintain PowerApps to improve business efficiency.
- BAMC point of contact for Mobile Maintenance, Maintenance manual access and PowerApps.
- Supervising Assyst open tickets and escalating with TCS/IT Manager as the need arises.
What you’ll bring:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- PC literate with extensive knowledge of Microsoft office applications to include PowerApps, Power BI.
- Excellent IT, written, oral and presentation skills.
- O365 and SharePoint development experience.
Your experience:

- Relevant certifications in project management, Power Apps, SAP or related technologies.
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- An understanding of project management methodologies, tools and techniques with experience handling IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems including SAP S/4HANA and experience with SAP improvement projects, system upgrades and customization's.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and work optimally in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, with a proactive and customer-focused approach to IT service delivery.
