With a strong focus on leveraging cloud-based solutions, they are seeking a talented IT Systems Manager to oversee and optimize their IT infrastructure, particularly in Azure and Microsoft 365 suite.

Position Overview:
As the IT Systems Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our client's IT systems. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing their Azure cloud infrastructure, as well as optimizing the utilization of the Microsoft 365 suite to meet the company's evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Azure cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, monitoring, and optimization of resources.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and administration of Microsoft 365 applications such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Office applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives and enhance productivity.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure security and compliance standards are met.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts to identify and resolve IT systems issues in a timely manner, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing and IT management, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure, including Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Machines and Azure Networking.
• Strong proficiency in configuring and administering Microsoft 365 applications, with experience in Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Office applications.
• Solid understanding of IT security principles and best practices, with the ability to implement and maintain robust security measures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT systems issues.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
