The Role
The IT Systems/Network Admin plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s IT systems. They provide multi-level support to the Derry site, collaborating with a regional IT team.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include maintaining and optimising local infrastructure, managing IT assets, and resolving technical issues.
The IT Systems/Network Admin provides hands-on technical support to the local site, working closely with the regional IT team.
IT Asset Management: They manage servers, PCs, laptops, and mobile devices.
Network Infrastructure: Handling firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
Active Directory: Managing both on-premises and Azure AD.
Disaster Recovery & Backups: Ensuring data protection through onsite and offsite backups.Hardware Imaging:
Efficiently imaging company hardware.
Supplier Contracts & Warranties:
Maintaining relationships with vendors.
Printing Solutions: Managing multifunction and label printing. Office 365:
Supporting users and maintaining O365 services.
Local IT Purchasing: Procuring necessary IT equipment.

Essential Criteria::
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4–5 years in a similar role.
Customer Service: Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
Project Management: Successful project management experience.
Strong communication skills.
