The Labour Relations Agency is a statutory body established to promote good Employment Relations in Northern Ireland.

Pay Band: £55,207 – £59,049 p.a. (NICS Principal/Grade 7 August 2023 pay scale)

Starting salary is normally at the pay band minima.

The Agency is widely recognised, both locally and internationally, as the leading authority on Employment Relations in Northern Ireland.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the postholder will support the Chief Executive and Board to achieve our vision, develop wider Agency strategy and policy, and deliver the Corporate Plan.
