- Basic salary £35,000 to £45,000
- Bonus up to 22%
- 37.5 Hours per week on a weekly rotating basis as follows:
7am - 3pm
9am - 5pm
11am - 7pm - Pension

The Role – IT Systems & Network Technician
Duties will involve:
- Maintaining and supporting Microsoft Server and Windows operating systems
- 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for server / client systems
- 1st line support and troubleshooting within SQL systems and environments
- Operating to SLAs and achieving KPI targets to maintain an optimum IT service
Your Background – IT Systems & Network Technician
To succeed in this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate:
- More than five years experience providing IT support
- Excellent working knowledge of Active Directory and DNS
- Strong network troubleshooting skills
- Experience setting and administering Windows Server
- Cisco qualification
