Job Description
As the IT Technical Support, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring that our end-users have a seamless experience. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any hardware or software issues that arise, as well as installing and configuring new IT devices.
In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also manage our existing IT stock. This includes keeping inventory, tracking repairs, and checking warranties of devices. You will report any devices out of warranty and ensure that our IT equipment is always up-to-date.

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of Windows (Active Directory, OS installation/configuration, etc) and of hardware (printers, terminals, PC, etc)
- Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN networks.
- Adept in desktop applications such as MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of the different connection protocols (FTP, telnet, RDP, etc)
- Proficient in LINUX and UNIX systems.
- Knowledge and experience of supporting Warehouse Management Systems.
- Ability to identify and analyse users’ needs, issues and purpose solutions.
- Ability to understand and analyse issues and level of priority.
- Ability to minimise impact on operations when sourcing solutions.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Hardware/Network technician. (Desirable)
