Our client is seeking a Technical Support Officer to join their team based in Newmarket.
As a Technical Support Officer your responsibilities include, responding to IT support enquiries, troubleshooting front-end user issues, and monitoring system functionality for user experience and information clarity.
Experience/skills required
• Previous experience in IT Support/Helpdesk.
• Customer focused and good communication skills.
• Troubleshooting experience.
• Supporting front-end user issues.
• Ability to identify possible process improvement and streamlining opportunities.
