The IT Technician will be the main point of contact for IT support, will manage 2nd line & 3rd Line support matters and support IT related projects.
Key skills & Experience:
- Currently working at a 2nd Line support level
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong experience with Office365
- Experience working on Servers
- Experienced installing printers and laptop builds
- Hyper-V experience (desirable)
- Veeam experience (desirable)
