You will be joining a leading independent technology and services provider, trusted by large corporate and public sector organisations. They are a responsible business that believes in winning together for our people and our planet. They help their customers to Source, Transform and Manage their technology infrastructure to deliver digital transformation, enabling people and their business. As such, they are now urgently seeking an experienced interim First Line Support Engineer.
Your new role
You will perform IMAC's on PC's, Printers and Peripherals, and will perform incident investigation and resolution on PC's, Printer and Peripherals. You will perform scripted PC builds when required and will manage a multitude of similar duties throughout your time.
What you will need to succeed
You will possess previous experience performing IMAC's on PC's, Printers and Peripherals, experience performing incident investigation and resolution on PC's, Printer and Peripherals, and experience performing scripted PC builds when required. You will have knowledge of supported operated systems, so knowledge of XP, Vista and Win 7 & 10, and will have knowledge of office, outlook and general Windows apps. You will require active SC Clearance for this position. You will need to be SC Cleared for this position.
