Here's what we're looking for:
??? Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Google and Apple technology, including MacOS environments, is a must. Familiarity with Microsoft/Windows systems and Active Directory (AD) is also required.
??? Experience: Ideally, you'll have 2-3 years of experience in an IT support role, where you've gained hands-on experience resolving technical issues and providing exceptional support to end-users.
?? Problem-Solving Skills: You'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues within the team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet are essential.
?? Driving License: This role requires you to be onsite five days a week. A valid driving license is necessary for commuting to the workplace and providing timely support.
