We offer a full and comprehensive Telecoms Consultancy, installation and maintenance service, and In line with ongoing business success and customer service level agreements and commitments, we now seek to grow our technical support team.
We haves offices in Glasgow, Dublin & Belfast with this position based in our Belfast office at 37a Stockman's Way.
This is an office based role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest quality of service is provided at all times through calls & emails with strict adherence to agreed service levels
- Providing a first line support service to our customers in a professional manner
- Taking ownership of customer enquiries and managing to completion (enquires will vary but will mainly concern the customer’s mobiles, phone system, broadband)
- Customising phone systems remotely as per customer requests
- Troubleshooting faults with regards to the customer's phone system, broadband & mobiles
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of current processes and procedures
- When required, attend customer sites to further diagnose faults with telecoms and IT hardware and software.
The Person, We are looking for someone who has the following skills/experience:
- Technically minded with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Highly organised, logical and methodical approach to work
- An emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Energetic and positive outlook is a must
- Advantageous to have experience within telecoms industry but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £21,170.00-£23,167.00 per year
