SalaryLOCATION: Field based - covering branches such as Enfield, Romford, Stevenage, Luton, Cambridge , Colchester, Kettering, Newmarket, Halesworth, Huntington, Norwich, Southend, Thetford and Wickford.
SALARY: Upto £48,000 plus Company Car, Bonus and excellent company benefits

WHAT OUR REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS DO:
- Plan and implement Regional sales strategies and business plans, in line with Regional Sales targets, profit targets and strategic plan
- Take responsibility for the Regional sales and development for new and existing customers
- Support Regional activities to assist in the achievement of financial targets
- In conjunction with the Regional Manager, carry out activities relating to the branch’s profitability
- Work with the Regional Operations Managers and Regional Manager to oversee a number of trade branches
- Develop, train and motivate Trade Branch Teams, in conjunction with the Regional Managers
- Ensure customer satisfaction in all areas
- Review customer accounts and build strong relationships with existing customers
- Identify, attract and establish new customers and sales opportunities
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS:
- A track record of field based business development success and managing trade staff
- Experienced within the building, merchanting or industrial supplies industry
- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of negotiation and profit margins
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, accomplished at preparing and delivering sales presentations to a diverse customer base
- Previous SAP experience could be a distinct advantage
- Strong people management skills, with excellent communication and motivational skills
- Self-motivated, target orientated, proactive, with great commercial acumen
- A confident IT user
- Driven and enthusiastic with an ability to inspire and motivate others
- A valid, full driving licence is essential
