IT Trainer with experience in IT Training in Windows 11, and Office 365 producing specific specifications and training documents that educate the non-technical staff is required by a leading firm in Cardiff.
This role can be 3 days based in the office, the rest working from
IT Trainer with experience in planning and delivering various training programmes dependent on knowledge. This will provide new staff with training programmes that match their initial understanding of the various Microsoft Packages my client uses.
You will be expected to travel sometimes to different offices from time to time in order to deliver these training programmes to the entire company, but you will also do a lot of remote training. Finally having the independence to assess those learning the programmes is vital to ensure all staff understand everything required.
Key skills the IT Systems Trainer will have:
- Experience in IT Training roles in general IT training on Microsoft Packages wuch as Office 365, Windows 11, Excel, MS Teams etc
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching.
- Good knowledge of management strategies and business solutions.
- Ideally some IT training qualifications
This well-established company based in Cardiff is looking for someone to educate their staff in the latest IT packages software and programs to ensure they can provide the top-quality service they're known for.
