A 3 months+ opportunity for an IT Web Digital Producer has arisen with the local authorities in West End, London.
Pay rate of 26.56 PAYE per hour or 29.76 per hour Umbrella
Using the Agile project management framework and the iterative design and development process the Web Digital Producer will be responsible for the delivery of new features and functionality across RBKC's websites, microsites and transactional applications.
Working closely with the Digital Production Manager you will also play a supporting role with testing Drupal CMS components, templates and functionality during Drupal CMS version upgrades.
Skills and Experience:
- Have recent experience (within the last 12 months) of working with Drupal 8 and/or 9.
- Be an expert in the methods and techniques for eliciting the context of use, user needs, analysing context of use and generating user requirements.
- Experience in writing detailed briefs to commission new work with suppliers.
- Experience of scrum (Agile project management framework) to structure and manage their work.
- Familiar with Jira and other project management tools for representing system requirements, user stories and minimum acceptance criteria.
- Experience of managing and prioritising a product backlog of CMS or website features and functionalities through the iterative design and development process, to successful implementation and delivery.
- Good understanding of usability and accessibility testing.
- Systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving and pays close attention to detail.
Hours of work are 9am till 5pm,36 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
