The Company:
Our client is a well-established and award-winning company with international operations.

Main duties:
To provide Credit Control support to the Manager.

The Role:
- To effectively manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- To provide support with financial disputes
- To process manual invoices and supporting sales transactions
- To process payments and set up payment plans if necessary
- To assess new account applications and set credit limits accordingly
- To maintain positive relationships with customers and communicate information as necessary
- To manage returns and refund process and issue credit or debit notes as appropriate
- To update customer records in the database in accordance with GDPR regulations

The Candidate:
- Fluent in Italian AND Spanish (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in Credit Control - Essential
- Strong numerical skills
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate

The Salary: up to £29,000 p.a. + Benefits
