Italian Chef De Cuisine

What you will be doing as a Chef de Cuisine:

• Reports to the Executive Chef


• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations.


• Keep track of all the kitchen equipment and inventory


• Provide regular feedback and suggest improvements they need.


• Hire, train and guide kitchen personnel


• Responsible for making sure the health and safety regulations are being met.


• Planning, tasting, and modifying the recipes for the food being prepared in the kitchen.

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Experience in a Luxury Hotel


• Excellent knowledge of Italian Cuisine


• Management skills


• High level of attention to detail


• The willingness to embrace new ideas and processes


• Positive and approachable manner
