Your key responsibilities will include:

Diary management

Email management

Global travel booking

Coordination of meetings and conferences

Invoicing and billing

Production of letters and other documents

Assist with business development activities

Maintenance of contact databases, excel spreadsheets and other documents

General adhoc admin support such as assistance in preparing event administration
