Role: Full-time, **Daily Rota Nanny**.
Rota: 5 days on/off (working day hours: 0700-1900).
Location: western Cotswolds (close to Cheltenham) and as this is a daily role, it is our clients wish that candidates need be able to reliably commute to this location or be willing to relocate for the position.
Charge: Shared care of B1 year.

Returning, professional clients, are seeking an experienced & professional, Daily, Rota Nanny to join their household team and care for their son, 1 year. We are currently looking for an exceptional candidate for a Daily, Rota Nanny. An ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a Rota Nanny position within an UHNW household and this role is best suited to a candidate who lives in the Cheltenham/Cirencester/Stow-on-the-Wold locale.
The role is based on the western fringes of the Cotswolds in a busy UHNW family, within a fully staffed household. The new Nanny will have a focus in a shared care capacity of B1 year, he has an older sister (3 years) who is cared for by live-in rota nannies, who also cover the night care for the little chap.
We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about working with children helping them to flourish and thrive. The successful candidate will be pivotal in supporting the children's learning and development as well as their day-to-day holistic care. The ideal candidate needs to be able to reliably commute to the Cotswold or willing to relocate. It is vital that any candidate is a confident driver to ensure they can get out and about with the children. Equally, having an enthusiasm for the outdoors and country life is preferred as many of the children’s activities centre around this.
Being comfortable around animals, particularly horses, dogs and cats is also preferred. As with any position in an UHNW family the role involves a high level of attention, professionalism, and discretion. Being naturally organised and well thought through in everything that they do is important.
The house you would be working in is a welcoming fully staffed household, it is important to the family that the right candidate works cohesively not only with the children and family but also the wider house team. And this role does include travel, mainly to European destinations with occasional long haul travel. Having a flexible can-do approach is really welcomed as the family prefer to travel without a large entourage. Experience of traveling with UHNW families via private and commercial airlines is highly preferred.
This is a wonderful role, working with a delightful family and household in a supportive team. Key qualities and qualifications are clients are looking:
- Paediatric first aid trained.
- Full DBS required.
- Exemplary level of professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent command of English spoken & written.
- Confident driver with a full clean driver’s licence.
- A wish to work in the countryside and comfortable working with and being around animals, including horses.
- A strong swimmer.
- To have a keen interest in nutrition and healthy eating.
- High emotional intelligence.
- An additional secondary language, would also be of strong interest to the family (e.g. French).
- To be organised and have a high attention to detail in all tasks.
