Japanese Food Marketing Assistant- What You'll be Doing:

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for promotions and trade activations to maximise brand visibility and drive sales growth.
• Organise trade shows and chef events for exposure and penetration. Responsible for trade marketing assets production and planning.
• Support Head of Japanese in the creation of the chef and restaurant end user journey touchpoints, content strategy and media planning, including the coordination across all agencies.
• Manage production of brand assets ensuring they are on brand and be the brand ambassador.
• Monitor and analyse KPI to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for optimisation and improvement.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify food service trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities

Japanese Food Marketing Assistant - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Previous marketing experience, ideally in Food company
• Strong organisational skills with time and project management, ability to navigate a fast or changing pace, and multitasking effectively
• Strong attention to detail, good verbal & written communication skills
• Passionate about Japanese food
