An unique opportunity for Japanese speaker , our client is looking for a Japanese-speaking administrator in London.
CORE DUTIES
Translate emails, product information, marketing materials and other documents (Japanese to English and vice versa)
Manage the trademark database
Organise trademark applications and renewals
Detect and resolve trademark infringement issues
Work with other companies on approved trademark use
Social Media marketing.
Help to produce content and run Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social media accounts
Help to run online store (daily activities, organising product launches and promotions, customers data control, support and dispatch management)
Communicate and develop plans with other companies and groups (e.g. the V&A)
Processing invoices and expenses
Creation of royalty invoices for licensees
Creation of sales reports
Answer queries and create reports for the year-end audit
REQUIREMENTS
N2 level Japanese or equivalent
Fluent in written and spoken English
Great writing skills (advertising, English)
Excellent communication skills
At least intermediate level computer skills (Word, Excel)
Reliable, responsible and proactive team player
