Japanese Speaking Sales Administrator- What You'll be Doing:

• Contact European suppliers for export documentation
• Communicate with clients in Japan and other Asian countries
• Manage shipping schedules and ensure due dates are met
• Input data into the accounting system and issue invoices
• Liaise with banks regarding payment tasks
• Manage delivery schedules and communicate with warehouse

Japanese Speaking Sales Administrator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

• Native level Japanese, business level English
• Experience in sales support/administration
• Familiarity with Word and Excel
• Attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of emails and documents
