Japanese Speaking Sales Administrator- What You'll be Doing:
- Contact European suppliers for export documentation
- Communicate with clients in Japan and other Asian countries
- Manage shipping schedules and ensure due dates are met
- Input data into the accounting system and issue invoices
- Liaise with banks regarding payment tasks
- Manage delivery schedules and communicate with warehouse
Japanese Speaking Sales Administrator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Native level Japanese, business level English
- Experience in sales support/administration
- Familiarity with Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to handle a high volume of emails and documents
