Overview:
We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales department, ensuring efficient sales operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service
- Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks
- Maintaining and updating sales databases and records
- Coordinating sales meetings and appointments
- Generating sales reports and presentations
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties
Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in English language
- Strong software skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Previous experience in administrative or sales administration roles
- Familiarity with Outlook for email communication
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
