Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in daily operations.
- Manage customer orders and respond to enquiries.
- Maintain and update sales records and prepare reports.
- Oversee stock and inventory management, including ordering and receiving products.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, administrative roles, or inventory management.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Familiarity with stock and inventory management systems is a plus.
