Position Overview
As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately entered into the CRM system and that all customer and colleague communications are handled efficiently.
This role involves managing the entire order process, from receipt to delivery, while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities
, Ensure accurate entry of customer orders into the CRM system.
, Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues via telephone and email to resolve queries.
, Maintain and manage promised delivery dates for customer orders.
, Oversee the end-to-end order process, including dispatch and delivery details.
, Prepare and process customer quotations.
, Manage daily distribution and stock control through CRM systems, keeping to companies global guidelines.
, Warehouse visits and continuous improvement initiatives.

, 2:1 Bachelor's degree in any discipline
, Must hold a full driving licence
, Previous professional experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
