The company has a new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a small team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be capable of quickly building a professional rapport with customers over the telephone.
Providing good sales and customer services support to ensure the customer receives a quality product is key to the success of this role.
The role requires competency in all general office and administrative tasks and a high level of IT skills including all Microsoft Office functions and Email.
This is a busy office and you must be a team player with the ability to multi-task, liaise collaboratively with colleagues and organise your work to meet deadlines.
Knowledge within another textile business or sales and customer services experience would be an advantage. The salary range is flexible depending on the level of relevant experience gained.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
