Join a successful sales team as a part-time Sales Administrator and help them maximise their time with clients.
Preferred hours are 8:30 am - 1 pm, Tuesday to Friday.
The role is hybrid, working one day in the Bow office.
THE ROLE:
- Coordinating diaries and meetings - Preparing quotes - Sending follow-up emails - Arranging site meetings - Completing background research on potential clients - Minimal PA duties.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Recent sales administration experience - Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - Professional and friendly telephone manner - Strong interpersonal abilities.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £18,000 for the hours specified, equivalent to £36,000 full-time - Commission for helping sales team, approximately £2,000 - 25 days holidays + public holidays + time off over Christmas and New Year. - Pension. - Travel expenses.
