Overall mission :

Help with the recruitment of further employees- Define and implement the culture
- Ensure “care, grit, uniqueness” values are always demonstrated
- Knowledge sharing with team in France
- Quoting and managing Dilapidation for new contracts in conjunction with Customer Success Manager
- Quoting reactive repairs and breakdowns
- Quoting chargeable engineer requests
- Quoting chargeable LOLER defects
- Proactive communication with the client base to offer repair campaigns and upgrades
- Following up all offers and reporting back to the Operations Team
- Responsible for booking purchase orders
The role would need to be in the office for 3-4 days per week to start. This can be reduced based on output and performance in the role.
Other :
- Achieve the above in line with company KPI targets
- Coordinate with Product team in France to ensure release of proper features for the local market
Minimum experience:
Minimum of 2+ years in the lift or similar industry, sales experience preferred
