We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our long standing and friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and has a passion for sales.
Skills & Experience:
- Jewellery experience would be preferable.
- Assisting with day to day running of the branch.
- Must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets whilst providing an excellence of customer service.
- Handling of customer repairs to a high standard.
- Window dressing skills and merchandising must be of a high standard.
- Able to work as part of a team and with own initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Security awareness and well presented.
- Critically we are looking for a warm, friendly individual who will set the benchmark for customer and staff engagement alike.
