About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor Superstar, you’ll be the lead act in the educational concert hall. Your main gig? Stepping in in the absence of a teacher and ensuring that the show goes on without a hitch. From keeping the rhythm of the class to riffing on engaging lesson plans, you’ll be the instrumental force that makes learning an unforgettable experience. The spotlight is on you to inspire, engage, and leave a lasting impression on the minds of our future leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting the orchestra of learning in the absence of regular teachers.
- Striking the perfect chord with students through effective behaviour management.
- Jamming on diverse subject matter and creating a harmonious blend of fun and education.
Qualifications:
- Strong behaviour management skills (You’ve got the conductor’s baton in hand!)
- A commitment to education (Think of it as your lifelong symphony!)
- Desirable: Previous experience in orchestrating learning experiences.
Must-Haves (or Willing to Obtain Before the Show Starts):
- Enhanced DBS Certificate (this can be completed at Supply Desk if not already in receipt!)
- Registration with Education Workforce Council
