Position: Mainstream SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Mainstream SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with SEN in a Mainstream school setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Providing one-on-one support to students with additional needs.
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Offering guidance and encouragement to foster student confidence and independence.
- Monitoring and recording student progress, contributing to assessment and feedback processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant experience working with students with SEN.

- Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 3 or equivalent are desirable.
