Job Specification:

• Represent the Joint Venture (JV) as the Commercial Lead for the operational offshore wind assets covering; contractual, compliance, and strategic elements. 

• Deliver complex and high priority contractual obligations including; investment contract, radar agreements, Crown Estate lease and generation lease, power purchase agreements, shareholders agreement and operations agreement. 

• Hold accountability for the delivery of commercial elements of the operations agreement and advise on compliance with all requirements. 

• Assist with negotiating new contracts (procurement contracts, JV contracts, legal contracts). 

• Be responsible for follow-up on regulatory compliance in wind farms and be the key point of contact for the regulators. 

• Identify and drive direct business improvement initiatives for commercial success of wind farms and readiness for subsidy free future operations. 

• Identify and drive different competitive business models for commercial success and asset optimisation, including exploring different strategic options across the value chain and developing commercially innovative proposals. 

• Coordinate partner requests for information and updates on behalf of the JV and ensure quality deliveries to wind farms board of directors. 

• Support Financial Controller (FC) duties, potentially take some FC responsibilities including regular reporting and forecasting.
