Js Greenford - Freezer Warehouse Operative - Day Shift

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our Freezer Team on the Sainsbury’s contract in Greenford, Middlesex:

• £12.00 per hour from day 1.
• Plus Shift Allowance for working:
  • additional £0.47 per hour on Saturday and Sunday between 06:00 and 18:00
• Weekly pay.
• 13-week probation period.
• 8-hour shift per day
• Rotating shift pattern of 06:00-14:00 and 10:00-18:00
• Working any 5 days out of 7 including weekends

How will you contribute?

• Completing a number of manual handling tasks and the use of MHE.
• Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation and despatching of stock is completed to the required standard.
• Completing tasks using a handheld warehouse management device.
• Flexibility to support Colleagues in other chambers in the warehouse.
• Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods.
• Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness.

• Preferred previous experience of working in a multi-temperature environment.

• Flexible – Shifts require weekend work as the depot operates 24/7.
• Ability to meet targets within set timescales, ensuring we always meet the customer’s service requirements.
• The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information.
