Junior Account Manager
Horsforth, Leeds, LS18

• Full Time, Permanent, Office-based
• Basic salary circa £25k DOE + Commission + Monthly Bonuses
• Realistic OTE £30 – £35k per year (uncapped)

About the Junior Account Manager role

We’re looking for a keen salesperson who can provide the best possible service to our customers as well as maximising up-selling opportunities wherever possible.

You will be skilled at tailoring our services according to the client’s needs. This might mean a standard package of online job advertising, an ‘Ultimate’ campaign in which clients work with an outsourced in-house recruiter, or a bespoke campaign that mixes elements of each.

You will be given some accounts to develop and maintain within your own vertical sector. However you must be comfortable looking for new opportunities, following leads and developing new business.

You will be expected to:

• Provide a customer focused service geared towards the best possible outcomes for the client
• Find and develop opportunities for new business
• Follow up leads and inbound inquiries to close new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Use your own acumen and digital channels to develop and maintain your account base

Some experience in the recruitment sector would be an advantage, but you won’t be writing adverts, posting jobs or placing candidates. Instead, you’ll concentrate on the good stuff – making sales and earning commission!

With full support and ongoing training from the Sales teams you will be trained and provided the opportunity to develop into a full Account Manager.

What you will bring to the table

• Some experience of a B2B sales / telesales environment
• Confident, personable, and able to quickly build rapport
• Dedicated to excellent customer service & relationship-building
• Effective at handling client requests and solving issues
• Positive, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude
• Quick learner, able to hit the ground running

You will be confident on the phone, including making cold calls, and be happy contacting clients via email, arranging Zoom/Teams consultations and delivering online pitches when needed.
