Junior Accounts Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Accounts Assistant to join an established organisation based in the heart of Oxford on a temporary ongoing PAYE basis to start as soon as possible.

Description

The Junior Accounts Assistant will:

• Be involved in the development of the ERP implementation, checking all is up to date and dealing with any discrepancies accordingly
• Backup resource for AP Processing , Expense Claims, Credit Cards and Issued Debit Cards
• Ad hoc tasks that could include the following: assisting in monthly and quarterly preparation of VAT returns and monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Profile

The Junior Accounts Assistant will be/have:

• Experience in a Finance role
• Computer literate and experience with at least one ERP system
• Good Excel skills
• Be immediately available
