Junior Accounts Assistant

Job Title:  Junior Accounts Assistant (No experience necessary)

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 depending on experience.

Hours:  Full time office based 39 hours Monday – Friday.                           

Job Purpose: Given the continued rapid expansion of Deanta UK Ltd and our sister company Precision Door Solutions Ltd, we are looking to onboard a Junior Accounts Assistant to facilitate future growth. Full training will be provided, with an established route to becoming a qualified accounting technician.

You will initially be responsible for general ledger entries, basic account reconciliations and will be required to assist with credit control duties.

Responsibilities:

• Processing General Ledger transactions
• Maintain accurate database records for our suppliers & customers
• Assist in the maintenance of an accurate schedule of payments and receipts
• General Administrative support including answering telephone queries and managing inboxes
• Assist with the timely collection of debtor balances

Skills and Experience Required:

• A demonstrable interest in accounting
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and listening skills
