Junior Acoustic Consultant
My client specialises in evaluating air quality, noise, odours, and vibrations, with a focus on providing development planning and consultancy services. Their capabilities include real-time monitoring, predictive modelling, impact assessment, mitigation design, and environmental permitting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in acoustic engineering or a related discipline
- Membership in the Institute of Acoustics (IOA)
- Minimum of one year of practical experience in sound and noise surveys
- Possession of a valid UK driver's license
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and meet deadlines
- Consolidate technical data from assessments to produce comprehensive reports
- Foster effective communication and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Perform surveys and evaluations on noise and vibration using modelling software
