The Role:As a crucial part of the growth strategy, we are seeking a dynamic
Junior Administrator to support the Business Operations Manager and the existing administration team. You'll find yourself at the heart of the action, playing a key role in delivering impactful work. They offer a supportive and friendly environment, providing one-on-one support, mentoring, and external training where needed.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):- Central admin support for tasks across the business.
- Project administration, invoicing, expense processing, and supplier invoice management.
- Timely email processing in collaboration with the team.
- Meeting and greeting office visitors.
- Telephone support and client enquiries.
- Organizing company events.
- Office management duties - supplies, post, couriers, etc.
- Other duties as directed by your manager.
Skills and Experience:- 6 months to 1 year of previous office administration experience.
- Strong team player with effective time management.
- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office365.
- Deadline-driven, ability to prioritize, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
