At Sheriff you will be the person who will welcoming and supporting our visitors offering refreshments, answering the office phone, making appointments, etc., along with other frontline duties.
As Office Administrator you will have the skills to manage your time effectively in undertaking various duties in the office environment at Sheriff and its subsidiary companies. We would expect that from formal study you will have developed the technical knowledge in the workplace and that your competent in your role within
the company/companies. To undertake the day-to-day administrative task expected in any business to ensure the smooth & efficient running of our busy office. Supporting your colleagues in providing and working closely with those who require administrative support in the office and site management. It would be expected that as the Administrative Assistant you will have or already gaining experience on using
various software packages i.e., Google Docs, Microsoft Word & Excel which are used in the business.
along with other packages. You would be expected to be flexible in you approach to your workload and
will be expected to always maintain professional competence and confidentiality within and outside of the
company’s workplace. Carryout administrative duties such as copying, typing, binding, filing and
scanning. We would look for you to maintain the site /office and client contact lists, The ability to relay
concise information is useful in this role to ensure efficient operation of the office.
