My client based in the Chippenham area and are looking for a Junior Bid Manager to join their rapidly growing business!
The client is an IT reseller selling a wide array of IT Solutions to companies across the UK including Modern Workplace, Software, Cloud, Networking Server and Storage, Document Solutions and Security.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, high-energy individual who has the drive to learn and succeed, whilst contributing to the upwards trajectory of the public sector team. This is a fast paced, growing team with ambitious plans and a start-up mentality. It is an exciting opportunity to progress rapidly and work with major public sector accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Participating in the tender qualification process
- Responding to RFIs, RFQs. RFPs and ITTs
- Determining the resources required to build a credible tender response
- Engaging with internal and external resources to build tender responses
- Scheduling and running kick-off and regular catch-up meetings
- Assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and generally controlling the process and flow of information.
- Monitoring of shared inboxes o Writing/ proof reading and editing tender responses
- Critically assessing all contributions to the tender for accuracy, and quality, against evaluation criteria
This role is hybrid working, 3 days office and 2 from home once fully trained.
