Juice is excited to be supporting a leading IT solutions company based in Chippenham, in their search for a Junior Bid Manager to join their talented team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your professional skillset in a supportive and dynamic work environment. This is a Monday-Friday role offering a hybrid working model after probation.
DAY TO DAY:
• Contributing to the tender qualification process
• Answering RFIs, RFQs, and ITTs
• Acquiring the necessary resources and communicating with internal and external teams to build convincing tender responses
• Managing the process and movement of information
• Writing and editing tender responses
• Critically evaluating all submissions to the tender
• Coordinating regular catch-up meetings
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
• Previous bid writing experience is desirable
• Open to applicants coming from marketing or customer service backgrounds
• Someone who is process driven and has a keen eye for detail
• Thrives working in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, driven, organised, and confident in communicating
• Excellent writing abilities
