We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Chef to join our culinary team. ```Duties```
- Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards
- Help with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
- Ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and rotated
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
- Assist in plating dishes and ensuring they meet presentation standards
- Support in inventory management and stock control
```Qualifications```
- Basic knowledge of Korean food, and/or previous experience with Korean food
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
