They are committed to delivering impactful ideas that have the potential to change the course of history.Key responsibilities for this Junior Chief of Staff - EA - Operations Manager position:End-to-end project management of the executive search process, ensuring operational excellenceCreating compelling job adverts, managing advertising, and optimising spendPreparing proposals, updates, project plans, and candidate decks aligned with client needsManaging finance operations, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and ensuring complianceProviding a positive and professional experience for employees, partners, and consultantsManaging HR processes, including employee documentation, onboarding, and offboardingSupporting the CEO with personal tasks and correspondenceCreating and managing social media content and website updatesWhat background and experience are the company looking for?Proven experience in an executive support or operations roleExcellent organisational and project management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in MS Office and various business toolsAn interest in technology and its ecosystemsA positive, intellectually curious, and results-driven approach For this role, C&C Search is acting as an employment agency.At C&C Search, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of who we are and how we operate.
